Terms & Conditions

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site, customers via other sales channels and One Special Gift, the owner of this Web Site.

 

Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions from your first use and repeat use of the Web Site and purchases from One Special Gift via other on-line sales channels. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the Web Site immediately.

No part of this Web Site is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

Goods, Pricing and Availability

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and descriptions of Goods available from One Special Gift corresponds to the actual Goods, One Special Gift is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions. This does not exclude our liability for mistakes due to negligence on our part and refers only to variations of the correct Goods, not different Goods altogether.

Where appropriate, you may be required to select the required [size] [model] [colour] [number] [other features] of the Goods that you are purchasing.

 

All pricing information on the Web Site is correct at the time of going online. One Special Gift reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time as necessary and cancel customers orders.

One Special Gift, at its sole discretion, may accept the return of standard Goods (not customised or engraved Goods), after One Special Gift has inspected the Goods for merchantable condition.  On such acceptance, One Special Gift reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the price on Goods returned (or such fee as otherwise agreed by One Special Gift), provided that the Goods returned are in merchantable condition according to One Special Gifts standards.

None receipt of order

If you have not received your order within 10 working days of notification of despatch please notify One Special Gift by phone, e-mail or in writing. Contact details can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.

 

Please note that we will only re-send orders or issue refunds, where applicable, after 15 days from date of original despatch of order.

Privacy

One Special Gift will need to collect certain information from you to enable us to process your order.  The type of information we need to collect includes:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Credit / Debit Card details

We will use your email address to inform you of your orders progress. We may also use the information collected to send you information on products we think might be of interest to you but we will never pass on your data to a third party.

Cancellation
